Week 261 Wrap Up

You know what feels good after a hard day's work? A nice swim in a nice, cool pond. It's a great way to unwind after a day on the job, and to get the sweat out of your coat. Of course, this isn't the only way to cool off. Resting in the shade, getting a cold drink, and simply fanning yourself with your tail can all work as well. And for the most extreme of cases, there's always the option of ice magic!

So why don't you join us here, in this nice and cool gallery, and spend some time away from the heat of the day. Perhaps the pictures here will give you some new ideas on how to cool off in the future.

Week 260 Wrap Up

Oh, the Blogger still needs to be done, doesn't it? Well, I can worry about that later. As the old proverb goes, "Don't do today what you can put... off...

Wait, didn't I use that line for an opener last week? Well, I guess that's okay; not every Blogger entry needs to be unique, after all! Indeed, this could be the entry that says, "I'm not." after all the others shout, "Yes, we are all individuals!" Hmm... On second though, that may not be the best of ideas, as that would take things to a silly place.

But I digress. We've got some unique new pictures this week for your perusal. But of course, we have such things every week, so I guess these unique creations on display are just more of the same. So here's to another week of being consistently distinctive!

Week 259 Wrap Up

Oh, the Blogger still needs to be done, doesn't it? Well, I can worry about that later. As the old proverb goes, "Don't do today what you can put off until tomorrow!"

Wait, you don't think I got that right? Why, I'm as certain about getting that line right as I am about it's original speaker! Who originally said it, you ask? Why, it's none other than, umm... Flank-Line... or something. Look, that's not important right now. I'll look it up later. Right now, I've got some relaxing to do.

Yeah, yeah. I'll get to the Blogger eventually. It's not like today's Sunday, after all. Wait, today is Sunday? Uh oh...

Umm... here, why don't you guys take a look at these pictures, while I get to work. And don't worry, I'll get the Blogger done in time! Really, really I will... *nervous cough*

Week 258 Wrap Up

Hello, hello! Good evening to you all, and welcome to tonight's exhibit about the wonder of Steam Power! Now, I'm sure you're all thinking about the great steam locomotives that arrive daily at Ponyville's railroad station, but that's not the only use of steam power in Equestria. It's merely the most obvious. Many buildings in Equestria's cities use steam for heating, keeping ponies warm through the cold winter nights without the risk of a chimney fire. Even here in Ponyville, you'll find examples of steam power. After all, the Ponyville Spa uses such machinery to keep the steam room nice and warm! And steamy, of course. So now, I present to you the Wonders of Steam!

*machinery whirrs into life, only to rapidly sputter out*

Wait, what's going on? Oh, great whickering stallions! The steam pipes have burst! How can we possibly do an exibit on steam power without steam? We're gonna need to get a mechanic in here lickety split! In the mean time, take a gander through the art exhibits set up in the East Hall. They may not be in motion, but you'll still find plenty of examples of steam power. And steamed ponies, for that matter. Our art procurer has a bit of a funny bone, it seems.
