Week 183 Wrap Up

One of the major hallmarks of this fandom is its creativity. This fandom an unusually high proportion of fan artists. Painters, musicians, sculptors, animators, and many other creative types have applied their talents to My Little Pony, spreading ponies far and wide through the internet. And while this may have proved annoying to some people, it has also helped to attract others to ponies. Indeed, I myself became interested in Friendship is Magic because of exposure to fanart (and pony memes) online.

This creativity is the inspiration for the Newbie Artists Training Grounds, and thus for this deviantART group. They're both attempts at nurturing this creative spirit through the simple act of providing prompts for pictures, and thus giving artists theme ideas beyond what they might normally come up with themselves. So, I think it's time for me to stop yapping, so we can see what interpretations people have come up with for this theme:
