Week 104 Wrap Up

Milestones.

They're a weird thing, really.  Some of them are obvious goals that one can shoot for, or points along the way where celebration is obvious!  I mean, when you reach that goal, or run by those nice round numbers, you know just what you're getting into.

But sometimes... sometimes they sneak up on you.

Maybe you didn't expect things to run on as long as they have.  Or maybe you just glanced away for a while, and then realized that one of those seemingly-anticipatable milestones had arrived long before you'd thought you'd had to look for it.  One way or another... they've arrived.  And you're not ready, but it's too late - you're already moving along to the next one, that one that you just passed already fading into the past.

And it's only then, when that particular milestone is moving into the distance, that you know whether or not it really mattered.

Thanks for reaching the two-year milestone with me, everypony.  And while we haven't fully reached it just yet... I hope that all of you will have found it to be a milestone that was worth reaching.

Week 103 Wrap Up

Hello, good evening, and welcome to another edition of "It's the Arts!"  We kick off tonight with ponies.

...

 I was going to parody an entire sketch here, but that would be entirely too silly!  Also, entirely too lazy.  I'd have to be removed from power.  Then I'd try another one, and would be removed from power again.  Then I'd try it a third time.  I'd burn down, fall over, and then be removed from power.  But the fourth parody would still stand!  And that's the parody you'd get tonight!

I know none of that added up.  Shhh.  It's okay.

I will say, though, that I was sorely tempted to do something about my hovercraft being full of Steven Magnets.  But I won't!  Really!  Don't worry, this sorry post is no more!  It has ceased to be!  It's expired and gone to meet it's maker!  This is a late post!

Right, stop that, stop that!  This has all gone on entirely too long and gotten too silly.  Get on with it!

Week 102 Wrap Up

Greetings, everypony, and welcome!  I don't really have much of a preamble, here, so I'll just... get right into it, I guess!

I enjoyed seeing the things you all came up with as pastimes this week!  It's always sort of fun to see how many folks go to drawing as the pastime or hobby of choice.  It's kind of adorable :)  I really enjoyed some of the more interesting/punny entries this week!  Partially because I am a sucker for puns.  Don't be hatin'!

Really, though, I always love to see whatever you guys come up with for a theme!  It's great to see you keeping at it, and I look forward to whatever comes next for you :)

Week 101 Wrap Up

Okay.  I don't know what these things below this text are, but they sure aren't ponies.  Normally I'd be all "hey, look at those ponies," but I can't even do that this week because of those things.  Like seriously, just look at them.  They're not even quadrupedal, and the way their limbs split off into smaller appendages.  Absolutely disgusting.  I thought the organics we knew of were bad, but these take the proverbial cake.

Someone seriously needs to tell me what these are.  I can't look away from them.  Neither should you.  I don't trust them.
