Week 216 Wrap Up

Alright, everypony. It's time for the Cosplay Photoshoot. Make sure your costumes are all set and that you're ready to go; we don't want somepony to lose their pants on stage! Again...

So many wonderful costumes on display this time around, I see. And such variety as well! Video game heroes, literary characters, armored ponies, fursuits... everypony has really outdone themselves! Just be careful with the prop weapons, for those of you who brought them. Last year, somepony managed to accidentally sever another pony's belt with their supposedly blunt sword. Like I said, we don't want anypony losing their pants on stage again. Or worse.

But I'm probably worrying too much, so I think it's time to step aside and let the photographing commence!

Week 215 Wrap Up

Ah, so you've come to join our party. Awesome! come on in, you're gonna wub it!

... Yes, I did go for the blatantly obvious joke already. I've been at BronyCon all weekend, and thus didn't exactly get a lot of sleep. But it was so much fun! Great panels, great staff, great costumes on display, and of course, great music! DJ Pon3 would readily approve!

At any rate, I'll need to keep it short this week, as I gotta keep an eye on things here. Parties can get out of hoof right fast if you don't have somepony monitoring the chaotic event. Feel free to go hit the dance floor, like the ponies below are doing. The more the merrier, after all!

Week 214 Wrap Up

Here now, what's all this then? What are all these ponies doing here, running about like some great Caucus Race. Why, it's enough to drive a pony completely batty! Seriously, who's responsible for this ruckus, a dodo?

Actually, I probably shouldn't say such things. In this magical world, dodos could very well still be alive. And sentient.

But yes, there's so much racing around going on here that it's a wonder we've not all been engulfed by a giant dust cloud by now. It has been known to happen after all, especially during the Running of the Leaves and similar long races. So, let's take a gander at the pictures produces this past week, while we still can!

Week 213 Wrap Up

Hey, wait! This bat blog entry? Bats aren't yaks... this no yak entry. This no perfect entry! YAK SMASH!!

Dear Celestia, you guys again? *bats the yaks into the stratosphere*

Well, now that Team Yak is blasting off again, let's get down to business. This is indeed not a week for pictures of yaks; it's a week for pictures of bats! Or, more precisely, bat ponies. Ponies of the night with membranous wings who can navigate by sounds only they can hear! Actually, is that even accurate? Bat ponies are so rare that we don't really know much about them. Indeed, some even think that they don't exist at all, and that the ones we've seen are actually just pegasi with illusions cast upon them.

Well, whatever exactly they may be, you'll find a number of pictures of them below the break. Just keep a close eye on your apples, as there may potentially be a vampire fruit bat lurking down there as well. Or maybe not.

But seriously, I though Pinkie Pie had smoothed things over with the yaks...

At any rate, this has been a good week for tired ponies, because they've all finally had a chance to sleep. And the Princess of the Night has done her best to make sure that everypony has pleasant dreams.

Week 211 Wrap Up

BUUURP!!

Oh dear, that was louder than expected. Well, at least we're not in a library, or some other place where loud noises are frowned upon. Or rude noises, for that matter. I should probably stop gulping down my soda like that, nonetheless.

Oh, and uh... pardon.

At any rate, we're not here to talk about my big mouth, or the big noises that can come out of it. We're here to talk about... *shuffles through his papers*... huh, 'big mouths' actually. So I guess we are here to talk about my big mouth, and everypony else's at that. And big noises too, for that matter. Though, one does not need a big mouth to make a big noise; just ask Princess Luna. Actually, don't ask her that; it may insult her. And you don't want to be on her bad side...

Week 210 Wrap Up

Life is a journey, as they say, and sometimes that saying is more literal than others. And this is one of those times!

This has been a week of exploration, as ponies of all varieties take to the road to see what lies beyond that hill. Or beyond that river, or within that forest, or even behind that cloud bank in the case of some pegasi. Hmm, I wonder how many bits can be stored in a cloud bank...
